What we collect

When you apply to rent space with us, we collect the information you type into the vendor application: your name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, requested vendor code, what you sell, your Instagram handle if you share it, and the photos you upload of your goods. If you become a vendor we also keep records tied to your booth — rent, agreements, floor-day shifts, and payment records. If you join our mailing list from the website we keep your email address.

How we use it

We use your information to run the store and to communicate with you as a vendor or applicant: reviewing applications, preparing and sending vendor agreements, scheduling volunteer days, handling rent and payments, and sending store notices. If you opted in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send those notices.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Text messages

Text messages are opt-in only. Consent is not a condition of renting space. Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Full program details are on our SMS Terms of Service page.

Who can see your information

Only store staff can see your application and account details. The public store map shows a vendor code and the booth description and photos a vendor chooses to publish — never a name, email address, phone number, or payment information. We use service providers to send email and text messages, to process payments, and to host this website; they only handle what's needed to provide those services.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Vendors can change email, text, and push notification preferences at any time in the vendor portal. Use the unsubscribe link in any mailing-list email to stop those. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we'll take care of it.
