SMS Terms of Service

About the program

The Found Rabbit Vendor Notifications is an opt-in text message program for our vendors and applicants. You join by checking the consent box on our vendor application, or by telling us in writing that you'd like to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of renting space with us.

Message types

• Floor-day scheduling — when a new schedule cycle opens, reminders, and changes
• Payments — rent, deposit, and payment issue notices
• Store notices — closures, events, and other operational updates

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and cancellation

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP you'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts from this program. You can rejoin any time by asking us or by updating your notification preferences in the vendor portal.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
